I bet you must be filled with excitement as am I, you are now pre-approved and can begin the search for your dream home. We will need to get together and go over our pre-approval to discuss our buying options. This is important because it will guide us in a direction.
Finding the right home.
Before we start looking at homes will cover a few of your top wants 4-6. Examples being:
- Central AC (because your tired of installing window unit)
- Updated and move in ready
- 3 Bedrooms (Family with 2 kids and each wants their own bedroom)
- In certain school districts
These are the most important ones, the ones that can make the right home the perfect home. Next, is the list of need, what do I mean by need. These are the things that you would love to get but can live without. Examples are:
- Gold Ceiling
- Ensuite master bathroom
- Hardwood floors throughout
Once we have covered this, we will discuss your availability and have homes sent to you on the regular. We will maintain in contact and schedule listings you like on the MLS for viewing. If there is a property you want to see immediately take a screen shot or send us a message so we can coordinate it asap. Remember, most properties require 24 to 48 hours for a showing notice, on some rare occasions we might be able to get out the same day.
We will bring print outs of each property, so you don’t need to bring anything.

P.S. wear comfortable slip on shoes we will be needing to remove them at some showings (We are in Chicago and unfortunately we got our first big snow storm yesterday).
